KCEMSS offers a variety of transport services to hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and nursing homes throughout the Northwest.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Kootenai County EMS provides Basic Life Support Units staffed with EMT's providing medically necessary transports in our community.
Advanced Life Support (ALS)
Kootenai County EMS provides Advanced Life Support Units staffed with Paramedic's providing medically necessary transports in our community.
Critical Care Transports (CCT)
Kootenai County EMS provides a critical care team for those patients needing advanced care when transported from Hospital to Hospital. Our team is made up of Paramedics with specialty training in critical care.
